A digital detection device with electrical coupling signal for construction machinery was developed to address issues of chassis electrical system of construction machinery such as low detection efficiency,complex detection operation,and inability to conduct comprehensive testing.The structural composition of this detection device was introduced,its working principle was analyzed,and usage was provided.The digital detection device with electrical coupling signal for construction machinery can meet the testing needs of chassis electrical system in the factory such as debugging and repairing chassis.It is easy to be operated and can reduce rework and repair caused by chassis electrical system problem,and it has practical value.
