真空钎焊炉自动控制系统的开发

通过分析卧式真空钎焊炉的工作原理和控制要求,采用可编程序控制器,将触摸屏作为人机交互界面,开发了真空钎焊炉自动控制系统.对泵电机主电路和包括功率控制器、温控仪、记录仪、加热系统在内的控制电路进行了设计,同时开发了人机交互的工艺参数设置界面、温度控制界面、越限报警界面、数据报表及历史曲线界面,并设计了可编程序控制器控制程序.通过调试表明,开发的真空钎焊炉控制系统可以精准控制升温过程,具有较高的可靠性和自动化程度,解决了手动操作复杂的问题.
By analyzing the working principle and control requirement of the horizontal vacuum brazing furnace,a PLC was employed with a touchscreen as the human-computer interface to develop an automatic control system of the vacuum brazing furnace.The design included the main circuit for the pump motor and control circuits comprising power controller,temperature controller,recorder,and heating system.Additionally,the human-computer interfaces for process parameter setting,temperature control,limit exceeding alarm,data report,and historical trend display were developed.The PLC control program was designed at the same time.Through debugging,the developed automatic control system of the vacuum brazing furnace demonstrates precise temperature control during heating,exhibiting high reliability and automation,effectively resolves issue associated with complex manual operation.
