The low-pressure rotor blade shroud of the million kW ultra-ultra-critical steam turbine commonly adopts the dense tooth structure.Based on the analysis of the structural characteristic and machining process of the dense tooth shroud,the intelligent programming tool for turning was developed.By applying intelligent programming tool for turning low-pressure rotor dense tooth shroud of steam turbine,the shortcoming of the original programming function of NX_CAM software can be compensated for,greatly improving programming efficiency and accuracy,and thereby shortening the machining cycle of low-pressure rotor of steam turbine.
