RESEARCH ON THE APPLICATION OF HOME TEXTILES BASED ON THE CONCEPT OF REGENERATIVE DESIGN
In the context of the global ecological crisis and rapid economic and social development,the word"environmental protection"has become one of the hot topics,and more industries begin to combine the concept of environmental protection for design and production.Regenerative design research reduces the consumption of non-renewable energy,which is of great significance to promote the sustainable development of human and nature.Based on the concept of sustainable development,this paper analyzed the new design idea of regenerative design,sorted out the related concepts and definitions,and summarized the common applications of regenerative design in the field of home textiles.According to the concept of regenerative design,the regenerative design research and method exploration of household textiles were carried out,combined with the overall strategy analysis of the product life cycle,and a renewable folding chair woven from waste fiber materials was designed.The design scheme provides a new design idea for the recycling design of home textiles,and has positive significance for the exploration of sustainable development of home textiles.
