In order to solve the problems of inconvenient rainwater treatment after the use of folding umbrella,a new type of folding umbrella was designed with TRIZ innovative method.The design scheme is protected by patent layout.First,select keywords and IPC classification numbers to construct a retrieval formula,use the Innojoy patent search engine to determine the global folding umbrella patents and analyze the technical composition;then,use the TRIZ innovative method to conduct research in folding umbrellas.The innovative design has obtained core patents of anti drip folding umbrella;finally,combined with the pattern and combination type of the patent layout,around the core patents,the folding umbrella water collection device is completed.The results show that the designed anti drip folding umbrella can realize convenient rainwater treatment and storage,and effectively protect the core patent through patent layout protection.The research results provide a way of thinking for Chinese umbrella enterprises to build a perfect patent defense system.
