In order to realize the inheritance and innovative development of national traditional patterns in the new era,promote the modern butterfly transformation of Xilankapu pattern art,and transform traditional elements into modern cultural elements that conform to the current aesthetic mood.This paper uses the methods of literature research,investigation and interdisciplinary research,and uses computer technology and other tools to combine the design science with the interdisciplinary extension science.By establishing the vector library of animal stria of Xilankapu,using extenics analysis method to extract the pattern feature data,the query database of animal pattern image of Xilankapu was constructed.Using extension transformation to carry out innovative transformation and design reorganization of design elements,so as to complete the modern innovation of traditional patterns,promoting the transformation of cultural value of traditional culture into economic value.It has certain academic and practical significance for interdisciplinary research on design.
