RESEARCH ON DESIGN OF STREET-STALL ECONOMY SYSTEM FROM THE PERSPECTIVE OF SERVICE DESIGN
Applying service design to the problem of stall economy,by analyzing core user needs and coordinating stakeholder groups,build a sustainable stall economic service system and optimize the user experience in the system.Through desktop research and practical research on the existing stalls,analyze the behavior and characteristics of core users and establish a user model to obtain the user needs of the core user group,comprehensively consider the human-machine-environment elements in the system,and discover the existence of the stall system.Utilize the thinking and method of service design to optimize the work and service process of the stall system operation,and provide visualization tools for new processes,build a new stall economy service system,meet the needs of core groups and balance various stakeholder groups.The thinking and method of service design is of great significance for improving the overall value and user experience of the stall economy system and coordinating the stakeholder groups in the system.It provides new design ideas for solving and developing the stall economy.
