RESEARCH ON NARRATIVE DESIGN OF PUBLIC CULTURAL SPACE IN TRADITIONAL VILLAGES——TAKE THE VILLAGE OF GUCHENG IN HUZHOU CITY,ZHEJIANG PROVINCE AS AN EXAMPLE
Explore the possibilities of landscape narrative theory to provide new directions and approaches to the advancement of rural design.Through the in-depth excavation and research of the historical traditional materials and story lines in Gucheng Village,the design strategy and application of landscape narrative theory in public cultural space are summarized,and a narrative design model is constructed,and the traditional culture is transformed into experiential perception into the public cultural space of the village.It is concluded that landscape narrative is an innovation in the design strategy of public cultural space compared with traditional visual design techniques.This strategy provides new ideas for the protection and utilization of traditional villages.
