摘要

提升设计人才的创新能力、工程实现能力.应用TRIZ理论的因果链分析法进行创意物化的痛点与难点分析,构建创意物化关键问题的物场模型,通过物场模型分析找到关键问题的最优解,为创意物化的设计教学改革提供方向.实施"四阶段"TRIZ课程培养计划,建设"TRIZ+设计"教学资源,运用数字化的创意物化流程,组建跨专业的教学团队,实施五步项目驱动教学法,量化创意物化的评价标准.有效地解决了设计教学中创意天马行空、落地难、技术实现难的现状,促进设计创新成果的转化,助力培养制造业急需的设计人才.

Abstract

To improve the innovation ability and engineering realization ability of design talents.The pain points and diffculties of creative materialization were analyzed by using the causal chain analysis method of TRIZ theory,and the object field model of the key problems of creative materialization was constructed.The optimal solution of the key problems was found through the analysis of the object field model,which provided the direction for the design teaching reform of creative materialization."Four-stage"TRIZ curriculum training plan was implemented,"TRIZ+ Design"teaching resources were built,digital creative materialization process was used,cross-professional teaching team was established,five-step project-driven teaching method was implemented,and evaluation standards of quantified creative materialization were quantified.It can effectively solve the current situation of creativity,difficulty in landing and technology realization in design teaching,promote the transformation of design innovation results,and help to train the urgently needed design talents in manufacturing industry.
