RESEARCH ON THE DESIGN STRATEGY OF SCIENTIFIC AND TECHNOLOGICAL ACHIEVEMENTS TRANSFORMATION IN COLLEGES AND UNIVERSITIES FROM THE PERSPECTIVE OF ECOSYSTEM
To take root in the relevant concept theory of ecosystem,and integrate it with the relevant concepts of the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in colleges and universities,so as to improve the transformation rate from the perspective of system integration by placing the process and elements of the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in colleges and universities at the high-dimensional level of the ecosystem.By using the methods of literature survey,induction and enumeration,and on the basis of summing up previous scholars,this paper summarized the design optimization strategies for the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in colleges and universities under the construction of the ecosystem.From the perspective of the system,optimize the transformation process of scientific and technological achievements in colleges and universities through five aspects,and optimize the design of many links in the industrial chain from the source research and development of scientific and technological achievements to the landing of the achievements market,so as to improve the transformation rate of scientific and technological achievements.Through the research of design strategy in the perspective of ecosystem,the transformation rate of information in the university scientific and technological achievements transformation system can be improved,and the resources on the platform can be shared on the system to improve the transformation rate.
