以用户需求为导向的骑行产品设计方法研究

摘要
为了深入探究用户的需求,设计并开发出符合市场的骑行相关产品.笔者首先运用线上线下结合的方式调研明确具体设计的方向;再根据线上市场调研对现有的头盔放置垫进行分析,运用Kano模型进行需求属性划分,再使用AHP法对相关属性进行分析,计算出每个要素的权重值.最后,根据调研信息以及数据分析结果,以用户需求为导向,提出头盔放置垫的相关设计方案.进一步优化用户骑行体验,促进骑行产品设计的创新化、智能化.
Abstract
In order to deeply explore the needs of users,design and develop cycling related products that meet the market.The author first uses the combination of online and offline research to clarify the direction of specific design.Then,according to the online market research,the existing helmet placement pads are analyzed,the Kano model is used to divide the demand attributes,and the AHP method is used to analyze the relevant attributes to calculate the weight value of each element.Finally,according to the research information and data analysis results,the relevant design scheme of helmet placement pad is proposed based on user needs.Further optimize the riding experience of users and promote the innovation and intelligence of riding product design.
