RESEARCH ON THE DESIGN OF RURAL HEALTH CARE VOLUNTEER SERVICE SYSTEM BASED ON SUSTAINABILITY
To explore solutions to achieve sustainable development of rural health care volunteer service from the perspective of service design.Service Design Methods and Theory,Field Interviews,Extreme User Method Research.On the basis of user research,the needs of stakeholders are coordinated,and the user's goals in each scenario are planned and designed,and a rural health care volunteer service system is built.The study of volunteer service system is conducive to improving the problems faced by rural health care volunteer service,and provides a basis for the improvement of volunteer service in terms of system,culture and technology in the future.
