DESIGN OF FUTURE AGE-APPROPRIATE DIETARY PATTERNS BASED ON DEMAND COUPLING
To integrate the needs of the elderly population and use the information sharing in the era of big data to create a future diet model suitable for aging.The material,spiritual and social dietary needs of the elderly were analyzed,and the design strategies and related conceptual products were designed based on the principles of appropriate aging design and intelligent interconnection technology,so as to establish the functional objectives,operation process and deepening direction of the future appropriate aging dietary pattern.To get a smart eating platform suitable for the future elderly population.The future age-appropriate diet model constructed by demand coupling not only provides a more healthy,intelligent and convenient diet model for the elderly population,but also provides a new idea and method to promote the development of the elderly economy.
