DESIGN OF ECG BLOOD PRESSURE MONITORS FOR THE ELDERLY UNDER THE TECHNOLOGY ACCEPTANCE MODEL
Starting from the demand of elderly people with cardiovascular diseases, this paper optimizes the heart rate and blood pressure monitoring process for elderly patients with cardiovascular diseases from the perspective of technology acceptance model with product design.By analyzing psychological and physiological characteristics of the elderly, this paper summarizes design trends of heart rate and blood pressure monitors which aim to elderly people, then builds technology acceptance model, conpletes questionnaire design and data analysis on the basis of trends. From the data processing results, this paper concludes that three factors include service systemic, emotional compensation, and mobile portability implement positive effect on the acceptance of household ECG blood pressure monitors by the elderly.According to this,we redesign the shape, color, interactive interface, usage flow and systemic functions of ECG blood pressure monitor.By improving functional and emotional experience of users, the prevention and control of cardiovascular diseases in the elderly can be further strengthened, thus reducing the death rate due to diseases.
