APPLICCATION OF UNIVERSAL DESIGN IN THE DESIGN OF BATHING PRODUCTS FOR THE ELDERLY
To study the method and value of universal design in the field of elderly bath product design.Through understanding the relevant literature at home and abroad,the development of universal design and bath products and the elderly's bath situation is described,and the typical universal design principles used in elderly sanitary products are analyzed.It combs out the advantages and disadvantages of the elderly using bath products under the general design principle,and points out that the elderly using this principle in bath design lacks systematicness,and there are many problems in the research and practice results.This paper puts forward the strategy of improving the design of elderly bathroom products and deeply explores its application value,which provides a new idea for the innovative research of elderly bathroom design in the future.
