RESEARCH ON THE EMOTIONAL DESIGN OG HOME BATHING AIDS FOR DESABLED ELDERLY PEOPLE
"Difficulty in bathing"is a major difficulty for disabled elderly people to achieve home care.One of the reasons is that existing bathing assistive devices do not support the bathing behavior of disabled elderly people at home.Through research on the design methods of home bathing assistive devices for the disabled elderly,it is proposed that the current design logic of assistive devices should be shifted from function-oriented to experience-oriented design logic.Relying on the three-level theory of emotion,combined with the analysis of field interviews and surveys,this paper discusses the design principles and design methods of emotional bathing aids suitable for the disabled elderly at home,and takes the design process of a follow-up smart home bathing device as an example to analyze the design.The method is explained in detail.Research from an emotional perspective provides a new design idea and method for the design of existing related assistive devices.The purpose is to promote the bathing activities of disabled elderly people at home,in order to better realize the possibility and happiness of home care for disabled elderly people.
