提炼高速列车现有突发疾病应对章程中的薄弱环节,并针对其设计完整的急救产品与服务系统.通过策略分析模型提炼出现有高速列车急救案例中的重要影响因子,从系统优化与产品功能布局两方面形成影响因子的解决策略.通过系统流程模拟,验证了高速列车急救系统设计对于提炼出的影响因子的有效解决,说明了设计的可行性,能够为高速列车现有急救系统的优化提供参考.该设计对现有高速列车急救系统的完善具有一定的启示作用.
DESIGN OF HIGH-SPEED TRAIN FIRST AID SYSTEM BASED ON STRATEGY ANALYSIS MODEL
Aiming at the weak links of the existing emergency disease response regulations of high-speed trains,a complete emergency product and service system is designed.Through the strategy analysis model,the important influencing factors in the first-aid cases of high-speed trains are extracted,and the solution strategy of the influencing factors is formed from the aspects of system optimization and product function layout.A set of products and systems for medical emergency in high-speed trains are designed,which can achieve pre-filing,timely processing,and automatic backup of emergency records.This design has a certain enlightenment effect on the improvement of the existing high-speed train first aid system.
