DESIGN OF TRUCK DRIVER SERVICE SYSTEM IN POST-PANDEMIC
Service plays a more and more important role in modern commerce.Product service system was proposed in the 1990s and has made great progress after 20 years of research.Its core is to integrate tangible products and intangible services into a product service system to provide users with comprehensive solutions."Post-pandemic era"refers to the era after the past of the novel coronavirus epidemic,but it is not the era when the epidemic has completely disappeared,but the era when the epidemic has been rising and falling,and small-scale outbreaks may occur at any time,which will have a profound impact on all aspects.In order to solve the problems faced by truck drivers in the Post-pandemic era,from the perspective of product service system,we determined their needs through qualitative interviews and quantitative questionnaires,and designed a truck driver service system in the Post-pandemic era based on this.
