行动场景视角下的可持续社区服务设计研究——以TOTNES小镇为例

摘要
洞察可持续社区的特征,探究可持续社区服务设计新趋势.文章以行动场景作为新的视角,对不同类型社区进行差异比较,洞察服务设计在其中的特征转变.借助Totnes社区转型案例的研究,依据参与者类别和目标对可持续社区进行场景划分.得出可持续社区服务设计未来发展新趋势.形成以愿景为焦点行动场景,以人/活动/网络为次要行动场景的动态网络,提出3个可持续社区服务设计发展趋势,即确立愿景实现社区共鸣、搭建基层桥梁实现社区共创、将社区作为多维网络中的一部分.
Abstract
Having an insight into the characteristics of sustainable communities and exploring the new trend of service design for sustainable community.This paper takes action situation as a new perspective,compares the differences between different types of communities,to exploring the characteristics of service design in sustainable communities.With studying of transformation in Totnes community.It constructs a dynamic network,and obtain the developing trends of the service design for sustainable communities.Dividing the sustainable community into scenarios based on participant categories and goals,forming a dynamic network in which the vision is seemed as the focal action situation,people,activities and networks are seemed as the minor action situations,offering a fresh perspective to the service design in sustainable community.
