RESEARCH ON THE SPATIAL DESIGN OF SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY MUSEUMS FOR USER NEEDS
In order to scientifically classify user needs attributes and accurately obtain the ranking of the importance of needs, and to improve user satisfaction with the spatial design of science and technology museums. This study constructs a spatial design model of science and technology museums integrating KANO model and hierarchical analysis(AHP)for user needs.Firstly, the KANO model is applied to design a KANO questionnaire for the mined user needs, and the KANO result analysis table is used to classify the user need attribute categories.Secondly, the AHP method is introduced to combine with the KANO attributes to construct a hierarchical analysis model for user needs, and the geometric mean method is used to calculate the user need weights for each level of science and technology museum space design.According to the user need importance ranking. Finally, the spatial design and evaluation of the science and technology museum is carried out according to the ranking of user needs. The combination of KANO model and AHP method can effectively classify the types of user needs and scientifically obtain the importance of needs indicators, and improve the feasibility of design solutions, which can provide reference significance and research path for similar space design.
