FROM MAKING"SHANG XIANG"TO EXPERIENCING"SHANG XIANG":SHIFTING THE DESIGN STRATEGY OF OBJECT AND NON-OBJECT
This paper focuses on the application of the traditional thought of Shang Xiang in the design of modern life.Taking the evolution of ancient and modern"implements"as a clue,it reveals the change of the natural relationship between culture and Implements-making,and people begin to change from satisfying the basic needs of"objects"to pursuing the experience of"non-objects".To explore the relationship between"Shang Xiang"Thinking and User Experience Design,analysis the demand orientation.Complete the transfer of design strategies between objects and non-objects.A new mode of experience design is innovated—Shang Xiang experience.This method returns to the origin of culture.Three design dimensions are proposed:unity of shape,quality and Dao,rebuild the balance between people,products and environment,so that"Making from Shang Xiang"into a new concept and form exist in the natural development space.
