RESEARCH ON THE APPLICATION OF AIRCRAFT ASSEMBLY PROCESS EQUIPMENT DESIGN BASED ON PRODUCT GENE AND KANSEI IMAGE
In order to improve the industrial design efficiency of aircraft assembly process equipment products,shape the brand effect of aircraft assembly process equipment products in the industry,and enhance the market competitiveness of products.A design method of aircraft assembly process equipment based on product gene and kansei image was proposed by introducing the concept of product family design.Firstly,the typical process equipment at home and abroad was collected for feature extraction,and then the product gene bank of aircraft assembly process equipment was established through the association of feature genes and kansei image.Then the mathematical model of product genes and kansei image was constructed based on the quantitative theory I.Finally,the design of side-wall string-turning process equipment was taken as an example for verification.The conceptual design of sidewall stringer turning process equipment based on product gene bank meets the design expectation.This method is beneficial to the formation of conceptual design scheme of process equipment by using mathematical
