基于感性工学的永磁悬浮车厢造型设计研究

摘要
轨道交通作为未来新兴的出行方式,其造型设计应符合用户的感性需求.本文运用感性工学的方法,首先,确定感性词汇与永磁悬浮车厢典型样本,然后,对永磁悬浮车厢形态元素进行分解,最后,基于数量化I类理论方法建立感性词汇与永磁悬浮车厢形态元素的数学模型.设计方案验证结论的可行性.通过对用户感性需求的研究为永磁悬浮车厢的创新设计提供新的思路,使永磁悬浮车厢符合用户的感性需求,为其造型设计和改进提供参考.
Abstract
As a new travel mode in the future,the shape design of rail transit should meet the perceptual needs of users.In this paper,the method of Kansei Engineering is used.First,the typical samples of emotion vocabulary and permanent magnetic levitation car are determined,and then the morphological elements of the permanent magnetic levitation car are decomposed.Finally,the mathematical model of emotion vocabulary and the morphological elements of the permanent magnetic levitation car is established based on the quantification-I theoretical method.The design scheme verifies the feasibility of the conclusion.Through the research on user's perceptual needs,it provides new ideas for the innovative design of the permanent magnetic levitation car,makes the permanent magnetic levitation car meet user's perceptual needs,and provides reference for its shape design and improvement.
