过往经验驱动下失智老人可穿戴产品的交互设计模式

摘要
为了缓解失智老人因记忆、逻辑能力下降所引起的困难,本研究从过往经验视角探讨其可穿戴产品的交互设计模式.该研究采用访谈法等方法分析了可穿戴产品的三条交互设计路径.在此基础上,采用行为分析等方法,提出了简削交互设计模式,并将其总结为特征累积、特征判断、经验匹配和交互方式4个核心阶段,提出了较相似、偏清晰和重引导3种设计策略,并结合两款可穿戴产品的交互设计进行阐述.结果表明,基于过往经验的可穿戴产品交互设计模式符合失智老人的操作能力,有望为后续理论研究和设计创作提供参照.
Abstract
In order to alleviate the life difficulties caused by the decline of memory and logic ability of the elderly with dementia,this study explored the interactive design mode of their wearable products from the perspective of past experience.The research analyzed three interaction design paths of wearable products by interview and other methods.On this basis,using behavior analysis and other methods,a simplified interaction design pattern is proposed,and it is summarized into four core stages:feature accumulation,feature judgment,experience matching and interaction mode.Three product design strategies are proposed,namely,more similar,more clear and more guidance.The interaction design of two wearable products is illustrated.The results show that the interaction design mode of wearable products based on past experience conforms to the operation ability of the elderly with dementia,which is expected to provide a reference for subsequent theoretical research and design creation.
