RESEARCH ON USER EXPERIENCE OF ERGONOMIC MOUSE BASED ON WEB COMMENTARY TEXT ANALYSIS
To explore the actual user experience of ergonomic mouse,analyze the influencing factors,and sort out the relationship between user experience and usability.Through user research and production of user portraits,the existing mouse was classified according to the standard of traditional operation mode and new operation mode,and five forms were divided,a total of ten products were studied.Collect the existing ergonomics mouse-related commodity online reviews,and analyze the review text and user sentiment.Realize the user experience through sentence meaning analysis,and extract the morphemes of the comments,trying to determine the impact factors of the product on the user experience.Finally,the accuracy of the analysis results is verified and supplemented through usability testing and user interviews.The text analysis results and emotional analysis data of product online reviews were obtained,and then the actual user experience was summarized.The combination of text analysis and online ethnography enables designers to further explore user information,analyze and evaluate products based on users.This method has strong reference value for product design and optimization.
