DESIGN INCLUSION AND EXCLUSION:FROM THE PERSPECTIVE OF TECHNOLOGY ACCEPTANCE MODEL
Inclusive design has been developing all the time, but exclusion still exists and breaks through the interpretation category of the classic"capability-demand"model.There is a wide range of exclusion phenomena in real society that need to be explained urgently. This research combines social psychology, management and sociology, and introduces technology acceptance model and related theories for cross analysis. It is found that the individual psychological level will influence the generation of behavioral intention because of the existence of exclusion, which forms exclusion by influencing perceived factors including perceived self-efficacy,perceived external control, design feature anxiety and subjective social norms. The research scope of design exclusion includes objective condition level and individual subjective level. The four objective dimensions of individual characteristics, situational characteristics, media characteristics and social impact affect individual perception, thus forming exclusion at the psychological level.Designers need to explore the differences between different users from the perspective of objective resources and psychological perception,so that the design can more effectively contain diversity.
