摘要

提高中年人群居家健身活动参与水平,并讨论为关注行为的设计结合更加科学有效的理论参考.通过系统化的相关理论综述,提出以健康行为改变理论作为主要参考,基于跨理论模型(TTM)结合行为设计学研究观点分析设计干预行为改变的阶段,通过深入访谈分析中年人群居家健身需求特征.提出了基于设计干预行为改变3个阶段的策略方向.设计策略结合行为理论能够为相关产品研发提供有效创新思路.

Abstract

In order to improve the participation level of middle-aged people's home fitness activities,and discuss to provide a more scientific and effective theoretical reference for the design of behavior.Through a systematic review of relevant theories,propose to use health behavior change theory as the main reference,based on the transtheoretical model(TTM)combined with the research perspective of behavioral design to analyze the stages of behavior change intervention design,and to analyze the needs of middle-aged population through in-depth interviews.Proposed design strategies based on three intervention stages of behavior change.Behavioral theory can provide effective innovative ideas for product design practices.
