RESEARCH ON DESIGN STRATEGY OF MIDDLE-AGED PEOPLE'S HOME FITNESS PRODUCTS BASED ON BEHAVIOR CHANGE
In order to improve the participation level of middle-aged people's home fitness activities,and discuss to provide a more scientific and effective theoretical reference for the design of behavior.Through a systematic review of relevant theories,propose to use health behavior change theory as the main reference,based on the transtheoretical model(TTM)combined with the research perspective of behavioral design to analyze the stages of behavior change intervention design,and to analyze the needs of middle-aged population through in-depth interviews.Proposed design strategies based on three intervention stages of behavior change.Behavioral theory can provide effective innovative ideas for product design practices.
