基于参数化设计的竹编工艺产品数字化保护研究

在国家实施振兴传统工艺计划背景下,运用参数化设计方法把传统竹编的造型语言通过计算机进行创新设计,从而突破了常规形态的桎梏,这是一种融合了传统工艺和数字技术的设计,数字技术与产品的结合给竹编发展带来了新的活力。通过对竹编造型进行分析,梳理竹编生形逻辑,对参数化设计、参数化平台以及参数化造型的逻辑建构过程进行概述,借助通过Rhino中的grasshopper插件来实现参数化编织的设计。将参数化竹编纹样应用在不同产品形态上验证其可行性,为竹编的设计与活化传承提供了新的思路。该研究可为其他相关非遗工艺数字化保护提供参考。
RESEARCH ON DIGITAL PROTECTION OF BAMBOO WEAVING PROCESS PRODUCTSVBASED ON PARAMETRIC DESIGN
In the context of the national plan to revitalize traditional crafts,we use the parametric design method to innovate the language of traditional bamboo weaving by computer,thus breaking through the shackles of conventional forms,which is a fusion of traditional crafts and digital technology.The analysis of bamboo weaving shapes and the logic of bamboo weave generation,the overview of parametric design,the parametric platform and the logical construction process of parametric shapes,and the implementation of parametric weaving design with the help of the grasshopper plug-in in Rhino.The application of parametric bamboo weaving patterns to different product forms verifies their feasibility and provides new ideas for the design and revitalization of bamboo weaving heritage.The study can provide reference for the digital conservation of other related non-heritage crafts.
