THE PRACTICE OF GREEN DESIGN IN PACKAGING DESIGN-TAKE MUJI'S PERSONAL CARE PRODUCT PACKAGING AS AN EXAMPLE
To propose a solution to the problem of resources and environment through design.Using survey research,literature research and case studies,we firstly sort out the development history of green design;secondly,taking MUJI as an example,we try to explore the design rules and specific applications of green design from the brand creation concept to the classic packaging design of personal care products;finally,we explore the value contribution created by MUJI as a representative of green design,and the significance of it for contemporary Chinese packaging.MUJI has value as a representative of green design.Green design has practical possibilities in packaging design of China.
