本文对现有流行病学调查服务进行优化设计,提升流行病学调查的工作效率,以提高患者满意度.运用"专家访谈法"和"田野调查法"分析国内现有流行病学调查的现状,并且运用服务接触理论对国内医院流行病学调查的服务流程和服务接触点的现状进行梳理,对流行病学调查的服务接触流程及服务接触点进行优化.获得流行病学调查的流程优化设计方案和服务接触点的设计方案.通过设计实践探究了发热门诊流行病学调查的服务接触优化设计路径,为国内医院的流行病学调查工作提供有益借鉴.
EPIDEMIOLOGICAL INVESTIGATION SERVICE DESIGN BASED ON SERVICE ENCOUNTER
This paper optimizes the design of the existing epidemiological investigation services,improves the work efficiency of epidemiological investigations,and improves patient satisfaction.Using"expert interview"and"field investigation"to analyze the current situation of domestic epidemiological investigation,and using service encounter theory to analyze the service process and touchpoint of domestic hospital epidemiological investigation.Optimize the service contact process and service contact points of epidemiological investigations.Obtain process optimization designs for epidemiological investigations and designs for touchpoints.Through design practice,the optimal design path of service encounter for epidemiological investigation of fever clinics was explored,which provided a useful reference for epidemiological investigation in domestic hospitals.
