RESEARCH ON CULTURAL TOURISM SERVICE DESIGN BASED ON FLOW EXPERIENCE
The heart theory of flow experience is introduced into the service design to explore the design method of cultural and tourism services that can be provided by various social parties,so as to realize the value co creation of various social parties.First,through qualitative and quantitative research,we analyzed the scene and user behavior in the cultural tourism service stage,combined with the elements of heart flow experience,and designed a questionnaire in the form of a 5-level Likert scale;through SPSS software,the status quo,correlation and regression analysis of the collected data are carried out to summarize the weight of the influence degree between the three elements of flow experience and cultural tourism experience satisfaction.Combined with the priority of the degree of influence,the author digs out the pain points of the cultural tourism service system and proposes the optimization design strategy of the cultural tourism service system.Apply flow experience to the design practice of Luoyang cultural tourism service system,explore the possibility of combining cultural tourism service system with other fields,and provide a new design idea for the optimization of cultural tourism service design.
