THE DESIGN STRATEGY OF WARD LOGISTICS ROBOT BASED ON THE THEORY OF SCENES
Provide better logistics and distribution service efficiency and user experience for hospital wards,and help ward services achieve intelligent digital upgrades.Using the scenario-based design process and method,the scenario-driven logistics robot product system design process of the ward is proposed.Under the guidance of the scene composition element model,the logistics scene design requirements of the ward are excavated and sorted out,and the product system design positioning is derived.Exploring the design strategy of logistics robots in the ward from the perspective of scenario-based construction needs to be carried out from the four dimensions of logistics functionality,scene adaptability,service digitalization and human-machine experience.Provide new ideas for the design and research of smart devices in public scenarios.
