基于场景交互理论的折叠屏手机用户体验影响因素研究

以折叠屏手机用户的体验影响因素为主要研究对象,基于场景交互理论分析折叠屏手机用户的体验影响因素,探讨场景交互理论在折叠屏手机产品开发中的应用。首先,研究场景交互理论的发展现状,论述该理论应用于用户体验研究中的合理性;其次,通过深度访谈收集用户的场景化需求并运用MAXQDA软件进行质性研究分析,提炼出用户体验影响因素。研究结果表明,任务适用性、命令可见性、使用无障碍、操作舒适性均为影响折叠屏手机用户体验的重要因素,其中任务适用性是影响折叠屏手机用户体验的核心因素。场景化体验是折叠屏手机产品创新与发展的重要方向,场景交互理论在该产品的用户体验研究中具有重要的应用价值,从场景化体验的角度设计折叠屏手机的交互方式,可以满足用户的场景化需求,为折叠屏手机的未来体验设计提供参考依据。
RESEARCH ON FACTORS INFLUENCING USER EXPERIENCE OF FOLDABLE MOBILE PHONE BASED ON SCENE INTERACTION THEORY
Taking the influencing factors of fold-screen mobile phone users'experience as the main research object,this paper analyzes the influencing factors of fold-screen mobile phone users'experience based on scene interaction theory,and discusses the application of scene interaction theory in fold-screen mobile phone product development.Firstly,the development status of scene interaction theory is studied,and the rationality of the theory applied to user experience research is discussed.Secondly,the scenario-based needs of users are collected through in-depth interviews and the MAXQDA software is used for qualitative research and analysis,and the factors influencing user experience are extracted.The results show that task applicability,command visibility,accessibility and operating comfort are all important factors affecting the user experience of fold-screen mobile phones,and task applicability is the core factor affecting the user experience of fold-screen mobile phones.Scenario-based experience is an important direction for the innovation and development of folding screen mobile phone products,scene interaction theory has important application value in the user experience research of this product,and the interaction mode of designing folding screen mobile phones from the perspective of scenario-based experience can meet the scenario-based needs of users and provide reference for the future experience design of folding screen mobile phones.
