UI DESIGN OF SOCIAL WORKER ACCOMPANYING ELDERLY PEOPLE LIVING ALONE TO THE DOCTOR BASED ON SERVICE DESIGN CONCEPT
To analyze and plan the problem of elderly people living alone in medical care by applying the concept of service design,and to innovate the design of the escort industry in the"recreational environment"in China.Through the analysis of the relationship between the elderly users and the development of modern medical care,the interviews with the elderly groups in Wuhan Chinese Hospital and Wuhan University People's Hospital East Hospital and Wuhan Vanke Hongxian Community,we summarized the problems of low acceptance of intelligent medical care and many cases of solitary medical care for the existing elderly,based on various methods such as questionnaires,user profiles,field research and user interviews with the children and the elderly.Based on the questionnaire survey,user profile,field research and user interview,we can gain insight into the needs of users and find feasible design opportunities and related strategies.The Ul design of the platform"White Bear Companion"is proposed to show the professional service system to each user through the service blueprint,improve the efficiency of medical treatment,reduce the loneliness and anxiety of patients,and is a combination of online App and offline physical service.It is a professional service system that combines online App and offline physical services.
