The aim is to fully express the essence of industrial heritage in cultural and creative product design.By sorting and evaluating industrial heritage resources, representative elements that best reflect core values are selected as the focal point for product design. This approach explores suitable design mediums and provides decision-making and directional guidance for designing cultural and creative products themed around industrial heritage. The research initially employs the Analytic Hierarchy Process to construct a value evaluation model for industrial heritage resources tailored to cultural and creative product development.Taking the Zini Sugar Factory as a case study and integrating the Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation method, the most representative elements are identified.Based on these elements, cultural and creative products are designed and developed.Representative elements from Zini Sugar Factory are selected to develop cultural and creative derivatives combining physical products with digital technology. The application of the Analytic Hierarchy Process and Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation method facilitates the accurate selection of core industrial heritage resources as design themes. This targeted approach enables the creation of products that are both unique and popular. The evaluation model and method provide a reference for designing other industrial heritage-themed cultural and creative products.Additionally,as industrial heritage often encompasses abstract industrial technologies and industrial knowledge, integrating physical products with digital design can more effectively convey its rich essence.
