基于用户研究的老年人购物车设计研究

为让老年人在出门购物时更加方便安全,为此设计一款智能的老年人购物车.采用问卷调查和用户访谈的方式得到相关数据,通过数据分析法得出用户的根本需求.运用CMF设计和人机工程学的相关理论,进行相关购物车细节的设计.满足用户需求,设计出一款集合理的储物收纳空间、便于移动转弯的轮子、可进行折叠的座椅、可转换方向的把手、可拆卸的电瓶等功能于一体的老年人安全出行的购物车.该方法可为老年人购物车的设计创新提供一定的参考.
RESEARCH ON THE DESIGN OF SHOPPING CART FOR THE ELDERLY BASED ON USER RESEARCH
In order to make it more convenient and safe for the elderly to go shopping,an intelligent shopping cart for the elderly is designed.Questionnaire survey and user interview are used to obtain relevant data,and the fundamental needs of users are obtained through data analysis.Using CMF design and ergonomics related theory,carry on the related shopping cart detail design.To meet the needs of users,this paper designs a shopping cart that integrates reasonable storage space,wheels that are easy to move and turn,seats that can be folded,handles that can change directions,and detachable batteries,etc.,which can make the elderly travel safely.This method can provide some reference for the design innovation of shopping cart for the elderly.
