基于用户需求的智能运动传感器创新设计

针对运动训练不科学造成的肌肉损伤,且目前运动传感器缺乏运动状况的实时监测和反馈,首先,分析运动性肌肉损伤的原因和修复方法,提出基于表面肌电信号的生理测量是用于实时监测肌肉疲劳的主要方法.其次,对运动损伤相关用户需求进行调研,最后,结合人因与工效学和心理学理论进行运动传感器优化设计,旨在运动中实时监测肌肉状况,提供运动员科学高效的个性化训练方案,同时为智能运动监测设备的外观设计提供了有效参考.
INNOVATIVE DESIGN OF INTELLIGENT MOTION SENSORS BASED ON USER NEEDS
Aiming at the muscle injury caused by unscientific exercise training and the lack of real-time monitoring and feedback of exercise status of the current sports sensor,the causes and repair methods of exercise muscle injury are analyzed firstly,and physiological measurements based on surface EMG signals are proposed for real-time monitoring of muscle fatigue.Secondly,the user needs related to sports injuries are investigated,and finally the sports sensor optimization design is carried out by combining human factors and ergonomics and psychological theories,aiming to monitor muscle conditions in real time during sports,provide scientific and efficient personalized training programs for athletes,and provide an effective reference for the appearance design of intelligent sports monitoring equipment.
