LIFTABLE DISHWASHER CABINET DESIGN BASED ON UNIVERSAL DESIGN CONCEPT
Optimize the ergonomic experience of differentiated users using dishwashing cabinets, and solve the problem of physical strain and soreness caused by non optimal matching of cabinet height and user height. From the perspective of ergonomics,we aim to improve user experience and provide product solutions with adjustable tabletop height for differentiated populations.Based on the development of universal design theory, the design is based on changes in user ideology, usage needs, height, behavior, and cognitive differentiation.Integrating three design elements:structural design, ergonomics, and user experience,a design scheme for dishwashing cabinets that includes multimodal interaction and structural modeling is proposed based on differences in height, habits, and cognition.Human factors analysis and verification are conducted using JACK.Through the data analysis of the design scheme in the JACK human factors virtual simulation, the following conclusions can be drawn:compared with the traditional 80cm cabinet height countertop, the product design scheme can generally optimize the human-machine experience of male and female interaction in the dishwasher cabinet with a height of more than 142cm.The higher the height, the more obvious the human-machine experience optimization. The design scheme allows people with height differentiation taller than 142cm and people of all ages to obtain excellent ergonomic experience and friendly interaction experience of lifting operation when using the dishwashing cabinet. This design scheme can provide a reference for the structural design of intelligent furniture and the innovative research and development to improve the user experience of kitchen washing cabinets.
