EMOTIONAL INTERACTION DESIGN STRATEGIES FOR THE PSYCHOLOGICAL NEEDS OF THE HEARING IMPAIRED ELDERLY
Hearing impairment is an important problem that the elderly need to face in their daily life.The hearing-impaired elderly are different from ordinary hearing-impaired persons.They have the particularity of no sign language communication ability and unresponsiveness.Mental problems deserve attention.The article first analyzes the needs hierarchy theory,and then deeply explores the particularity of the physical and psychological needs of the hearing-impaired elderly,and summarizes them into four types of psychological characteristics:"helplessness,loneliness,anxiety and lack of security".Combining this kind of psychological characteristics with the emotional design methodology,and finally put forward the emotional interaction design strategy from the overall level.The findings provide designers with strategies to design products for the hearing impaired elderly and to provide a more comfortable and affective interaction experience for the hearing impaired elderly to improve their well-being.
