摘要

探究提升智能家居线上定制体验感知的设计方法.对现有智能家居线上定制平台进行调研分析,总结体验问题,将情境认知理论引入线上定制体验设计中.提出"营造日程化情境的主动参与式定制体验""构建动态联动的虚拟定制空间环境""打造渐进式引导的定制交互方式"3个维度的设计策略,为智能家居线上定制体验设计研究与实践提供借鉴.

Abstract

Exploring design methods to enhance the perception of smart home online customization experience.Research and analysis of existing smart home online customization platforms,summarize experience problems,and introduce contextual cognitive theory into the design of online customization experience.The three design strategies of"creating user-initiated experience mode based","building a vivid and intuitive visual system based"and"creating a cognitive-guided interaction experience"are proposed to provide reference for the research and practice of smart home online customized experience design.
