RESEARCH ON NANJING BROCADE CULTURALAND CREATIVE APP DESIGN BASED ON SERVICE DESIGN
Under the guidance of service design theory,this paper extracts Nanjing Brocade culture,which is based on the psychological activities and behaviors of users before and after visiting the museum.Through in-depth analysis of potential users,the user journey map,service blueprint and user demand analysis table are drawn.Construct a reasonable information architecture and design Nanjing Brocade Cultural Creative App.The App combines traditional culture with modern methods to provide new ideas for the modern inheritance and innovation of intangible culture.
