后碳视域下家庭低碳饮食设计策略研究

基于后碳背景,深入剖析家庭饮食环节中产生碳排放的原因,从食物系统的3个层面提出减少家庭饮食碳排放的设计策略,旨在减少中国家庭饮食过程中的碳排放,并为未来低碳饮食发展方向提供参考。本文立足于生命周期理论,将食物系统分为"生产、流通、消费"三个层面,即:通过对3个层面的典型性低碳饮食设计案例分析,提出相应的低碳饮食设计策略,并归纳出低碳饮食设计的未来发展方向。基于后碳视域下家庭低碳饮食的设计研究,能引导消费者减少家庭饮食中的碳排放,通过设计来帮助我国实现2030年的碳达峰和2060年的碳中和目标,为我国低碳饮食事业做出贡献。
STUDY ON FAMILY LOW CARBON DIET DESIGN STRATEGY FROM POST-CARBON PERSPECTIVE
Based on the post-carbon background,this paper deeply analyzes the causes of carbon emissions in family diet,and proposes design strategies to reduce carbon emissions in family diet from three aspects of the food system,aiming at reducing carbon emissions in Chinese family diet and providing references for the future development direction of low-carbon diet.Based on the life cycle theory,this paper divides the food system into three levels of"production,circulation and consumption",namely:through the analysis of typical low-carbon diet design cases at the three levels,puts forward corresponding low-carbon diet design strategies,and summarizes the future development direction of low-carbon diet design.Based on the design research of the family low carbon diet from the perspective of post-carbon,it can guide consumers to reduce carbon emissions in the family diet,and help our country to reach the target of carbon peak by 2030 and carbon neutral by 2060,contributing to the cause of low carbon diet in China.
