针对减肥人群对肥胖后果认识不到位、健康饮食习惯难以养成的现状,提出基于健康信念理论的轻食智能厨具设计策略.运用健康信念理论分析减肥人群生理、心理、行为特征,得到用户需求和设计机会点,总结出厨具产品在功能、使用、交互方面的触点,结合产品情感化设计原则,从本能层、行为层、反思层提出轻食智能厨具的设计策略.轻食智能厨具设计策略.该方法可为面向健康饮食场景中的轻食厨具产品设计和健康设计的探索扩宽思路.
DESIGN STRATEGY OF LIGHT FOOD INTELLIGENT KITCHENWARE BASED ON HEALTH BELIEF THEORY—TAKE PEOPLE WHO LOSE WEIGHT AS AN EXAMPLE
Aiming at the current situation that people who lose weight do not fully understand the consequences of obesity and it is difficult to develop healthy eating habits,the paper puts forward the design strategy of light food intelligent kitchenware based on the theory of healthy belief.Using the theory of health belief to analyze the physiological,psychological and behavioral characteristics of people who lose weight,get user needs and design opportunities,summarize the touch points of kitchenware products in terms of function,use and interaction,combine the principles of product emotional design,the design strategy of light food intelligent kitchenware is proposed from the instinct level,behavior level and reflection level.Design strategy of light food intelligent kitchenware.This method can broaden the thinking for the exploration of light food kitchenware product design and healthy design in the healthy eating scene.
