EMOTIONAL DESIGN OF SELF-DEFENSE PRODUCTS FOR FEMALE SOLO HOTELS BASED ON KANO MODEL
In order to meet the demand of solo female hotel safety,a product design process based on Kano model is constructed to optimize the design of existing hotel safety protection products.Firstly,user needs were obtained through preliminary questionnaires,user interviews and user journey maps,and user needs were stratified by combining the three-level theory of emotional design;secondly,the Kano model was used to classify and rank the importance of user needs,and further summarize the important demand factors of women in using hotel security products;finally,the target product was optimized and designed by taking door blocker as an example to achieve the goal of preventing the purpose of preventing lone women from being victimized in hotels.
