基于KANO模型的女性独行酒店防身产品情感化设计

摘要
为满足独行女性酒店安全需求,对现有酒店防身产品进行优化设计.首先,通过问卷调查及用户访谈挖掘用户需求,并结合情感化设计3层次理论对用户需求进行分层;其次,使用Kano模型对用户需求进行分类与重要度排序,进一步总结女性在酒店防身产品中的重要需求因素;最后,以阻门器为例进行目标产品的情感化设计.为女性酒店防身产品设计提供设计方法与流程.Kano模型能够科学有效地分析独行女性对酒店防身产品的需求和各个需求的重要程度,并指导女性酒店防身产品的优化设计,从而设计出更符合女性用户需求的酒店防身产品.
Abstract
In order to meet the demand of solo female hotel safety,a product design process based on Kano model is constructed to optimize the design of existing hotel safety protection products.Firstly,user needs were obtained through preliminary questionnaires,user interviews and user journey maps,and user needs were stratified by combining the three-level theory of emotional design;secondly,the Kano model was used to classify and rank the importance of user needs,and further summarize the important demand factors of women in using hotel security products;finally,the target product was optimized and designed by taking door blocker as an example to achieve the goal of preventing the purpose of preventing lone women from being victimized in hotels.
