面向农民对纯农产品电商平台B端界面进行可用性研究,提出设计策略.针对农民采用KANO模型问卷,确定纯农产品电商平台B端的主要功能;采用用户测试、出声思考法、观察法以及SUS满意度验证惠农网与一亩田的可用性,梳理总结可用性问题,并以界面设计用户体验五要素的角度提出设计策略.提出面向农民的农产品电商平台B端界面可用性设计策略.经过研究发现,惠农网与一亩田存在较多的可用性问题,其中框架层可用性问题数量最多,主要可用性问题为功能缺失、信息内容杂糅以及信息展示不清晰问题,针对问题提出了面向农民的纯农产品电商平台B端界面可用性设计策略.
Abstract
Carry out usability research on the B-end interface of pure agricultural products e-commerce platform for farmers and propose design strategies.Using the KANO model questionnaire for farmers,determine the main functions of the B end of the pure agricultural product e-commerce platform.Use user testing,voice thinking,observation,and satisfaction questionnaires to verify the usability of Huinongwang and Yimutian,sort out and summarize usability issues,and propose design strategies from the perspective of the five elements of user experience in interface design.Propose the user-oriented agricultural product e-commerce platform B-end interface usability design strategy.After research,it was found that there are many usability issues between Huinongwang and Yimutian,with the largest number of usability issues at the framework level.The main usability issues are lack of functionality,mixed information content,and unclear information display.Aiming at these issues,a usability design strategy for the B-end interface of the pure agricultural product e-commerce platform for farmers was proposed.
