基于AHP和HOQ的耳机包装可持续设计策略研究

探究耳机包装可持续设计策略.先用AHP(层次分析法)对耳机包装可持续设计用户需求进行层次分析,计算出耳机包装可持续设计用户需求各指标的权重值,再用HOQ(质量屋)方法对用户需求和设计需求构建质量屋模型,并经过相关计算得出各个设计需求指标权重与重要程度排序.根据耳机包装可持续用户需求指标及其重要程度,得出相应的耳机包装可持续设计策略.实验证明运用AHP和HOQ方法能快速地筛选出耳机包装可持续用户需求和耳机包装可持续设计需求指标权重大小,实现耳机包装可持续设计策略创新,并提高耳机包装设计的生态环保性,对整个耳机生产行业具有重大的意义.
RESEARCH ON SUSTAINABLE DESIGN STRATEGIES FOR HEADPHONE PACKAGING BASED ON AHP AND HOQ
To investigate the sustainable design strategy of headphone packaging.Firstly,AHP(hierarchical analysis method)is used to analyze the user requirements for sustainable design of headphone packaging,and the weight value of each index of user requirements for sustainable design of headphone packaging is calculated,and then HOQ(house of quality)method is used to construct a house of quality model for the user requirements and design requirements,and the weights of the indexes of each design requirement are ranked in order of importance after relevant calculations.According to the headphone packaging sustainable user demand indicators and their degree of importance,the corresponding headphone packaging sustainable design strategy.The experiment proves that the use of AHP and HOQ method can quickly filter out the headphone packaging sustainable user demand and headphone packaging sustainable design demand indicator weight size,to achieve the innovation of headphone packaging sustainable design strategy,and to improve the ecological and environmental protection of headphone packaging design,which is of great significance to the whole headphone production industry.
