RESEARCH ON DESIGN OF AUTOMATIC COMPRESSION HEMOSTAT IN OUTPATIENT VENOUS BLOOD COLLECTION
Aiming at the current situation of manual outpatient venous blood collection, this study explores design ways to improve the quality of hemostasis and optimizes the patient experience from the product design perspective.Used the observation method to collect scene and patient information, gained insights into patient pain points and needs through the customer journey map,and used the hierarchical analysis process to calculate the weights of each design element.Proposed a design concept for a hemostat that helps patients to free their hands, press correctly, and prevent flexing of the elbow, and completed the conceptual design of the'Automatic Compression Hemostat'.First, hemostasis products should be used independently by patients, and patients'unconscious elbow flexion needs to be fully considered as an important pain point in the design;then, hemostasis products should realize the function of automatic compression, and its hemostasis effect could be controlled according to the importance of each design element.
