RESEARCH ON SMART WASHING MACHINE INTERFACE DESIGN STRATEGY FOR GENERATION Z
The rise of the consumer power of Generation Z brings new opportunities for the intelligent and youthful transformation of washing machines.In order to enhance the user experience and gain the favour of Gen Z,it is necessary to design the washing machine interface in a targeted way.The study first identifies the uniqueness of this group in terms of consumption concepts,living scenarios and interaction habits.Then,quantitative and qualitative research analyses of Gen Z are conducted to extract user needs.Finally,combining the results of the research,the study proposes a smart washing machine interface design strategy for Generation Z from four levels:meeting the aesthetic needs of Generation Z,adapting to the fast-paced life of Generation Z,satisfying the personalised pursuit of Generation Z,and integrating the life philosophy of Generation Z.
