RESEARCH ON THE DESIGN OF INTELLIGENT COMMUNITY MEDICINE ROOM IN THE SERVICE DESIGN PERSPECTIVE
Based on the design thinking brought by the focus on the shortage of medical resources,the design optimization of community intelligent medical rooms was explored from the perspective of service design,aiming to build a better experience of community public medical services.Service pain points by means of research research and Kano model demand analysis.Through the service model system construction and service blueprint,the community intelligent medical room service system is built and the design practice is carried out to build a multi-dimensional chain organization service strategy.Integrate community resources and build a precise community medical service process.Service design thinking can be introduced into the design of community intelligent medical rooms,integrate and optimize community resources for primary medical service plan formulation,which is conducive to the establishment of community medical emergency system,and provide solutions for alleviating the shortage of primary medical resources.
