A LITERATURE REVIEW OF CSSCI JOURNAL ARTICLES ON SERVICE DESIGN FROM 1999 TO 2022
By analyzing the service design literature in CSSCI,this study aims to gain insights into the development and current state of service design,summarize the key focuses and domains of service design research,and identify the trends in its evolution.The findings will serve as a reference for understanding the development and trends in service design research.This paper employs a method of literature analysis combined with VOSviewer and CiteSpace to construct a knowledge map.It systematically analyzes and summarizes 366 CSSCI art journal articles related to service design from the years 1999 to 2022.The study provides an in-depth analysis of the current state and trends in service design research in domestic CSSCI journals,along with an exploration of their underlying causes.After decades of development and continuous practical application across various fields,service design has acquired a relatively comprehensive theoretical foundation.With the progression of time,the mediums,standards,and content of services are also undergoing constant evolution.In the future,service design will gradually detach itself from products and will evolve into diverse forms through various platform mediums.It will integrate multiple disciplines and provide businesses with profits while creating societal value.
